“The Troopers are Coming” is a familiar cry that still retains the ability to thrill corps fans everywhere. Their distinctive cavalry uniforms, Western music, and sunburst are perennially popular and their expertise in M&M unquestioned. Although they beat many finalists in this caption in prelims, the Casper, Wyoming contingent was unable to regain the full DCI membership is held from 1971 (as a charter member) to 1976.
