There are multiple ways for you to become a partner in the REACH initiative.
Find campers
We're looking for campers who aren't under the sound preaching of the gospel to come spend a week with us here at Northland Camp. These campers can be junior age (3rd - 6th grade) for Pioneer Village, teens for Teen or Specialty Camps, or an entire family for one of our weeks of Family Camp. Our desire is that these campers be brought and/or sponsored by a local church, and that the church commits to helping campers take the next spiritual steps when they return home.
Bring campers
We can't think of a better goal for registered campers than to make sure you "don't come alone." A week at Northland Camp is always impacting, with the potential for long-term change in the lives of campers because of the saturation of God's Word. But then add to that the opportunity to pray for and shepherd an unsaved friend through the experience of camp, and it potentially becomes a life-altering week for everyone involved.
Sponsor a camper
We're looking for churches, families, or individuals to partner with us financially by sponsoring a camper or group of campers to participate in the REACH program. We desire to remove the financial hurdle that can keep prospective campers from going to camp and hearing the gospel. Our target is $275 per camper to cover the expense of camp and provide each REACH attendee with some camp resources (t-shirt, scrapbook DVD, spending money, etc.).
Pray for us
Whether or not you can help locate campers or contribute financially, a simple yet powerful way for you to enlist in this work of bringing campers under the hearing of the gospel is to pray. Pray for churches and individuals to locate and bring campers, pray for financial gifts to enable the program, and pray for Northland Camp that we would be good stewards of the opportunities in front of us.
