Online Registration Instructions

  • Clicking on the first link above will allow you to register online for Teen, Specialty, Pioneer Village, and Family Camps, as well as our fall and winter events (Heart Conference, Snow Camps, etc.).
  • After clicking on the "Register Online" button above, first-time users will need to create a username and password in order to complete the registration process. If you've used our online registration before, just log-in with the username and password you created.

  • The second and third links above allow you to download and print off paper registration forms and summer camp brochures.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration from camp, we retain the entire registration fee. Family camp fees are treated on a scale basis (see below).

  • Teen Camp: $30
  • Pioneer Village Junior Camp: $30
  • Specialty Camps: $30
  • Teen Leadership Camp: $30
  • Weekend Retreats: $25
  • Heart Conference: $30
  • Family Camp: $100

FAMILY CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

If a family cancels 30 or more days before camp begins, all payments are refunded excluding a $50 withholding fee. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before camp begins, a $75 withholding fee is retained. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before camp begins, the entire $100 registration fee is retained.

Registering by Mail

At any point, you can send in a registration form by mail. There are two ways to get a hard copy of a registration form:

  • Call the Camp Office at 715-324-5678 to request a registration form be sent to you, and we will send it out immediately.

  • Go to our registration forms page and click on the downloadable forms link. Simply print out as many forms as you will need or print out one form and make copies of the registration form.

Once your form has been filled out, mail or fax your registration form to:

Registering Online

Registering for Youth Camp

  • Click on the "Register Now!" link on the registration page. Click on the "Register online as a new user," and then click on the continue button.
  • Make note of your username and password. You will need to remember both of these to log back in to your account or to make a payment on your account.
  • Fill out all the camper information (name, age, grade, etc.) and then click on the next button.
  • Choose which camp season you are registering for (summer camps, etc.) and then click the next button.
  • Fill out the select program profile form and then click the next button.
  • If you are adding another child, click the add additional camper button in the upper or lower left hand corner of the page.
  • If you have a camper roommate request, click the blue words saying cabinmate request on the right side of the page.
  • Click the "make a payment/ log out" button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Place the amount you would like to pay for each individual (the $30 registration fee or the amount you choose).
  • Click the "proceed to check out." It will now ask for your credit card information.
  • Finally, click the "process payment" button in the middle of the page.

Registering for Family Camp

  • Click on the Register Now! link on the registration page. Click on the "Register online as a new user," and then click on the continue button.
  • Make note of your username and password. You will need to remember both of these to log back in to your account or to make a payment on your account.
  • Fill out all the camper information (name, age, grade, etc.) and then click on the next button.
  • Choose which family camp you would like to attend. If any family camp is not available, it will say FULL. Otherwise, it is open. Then click the continue button.
  • As the first adult, select your housing option. If you do not see a housing option listed, it is because it is full and you need to call the Camp Office to be put on the waiting list. Then click on the continue button. Call the Camp Office (715-324-5678) if you would like to be placed on a waiting list.
  • Fill out the select program profile form and then click the next button.
  • At the upper and lower left hand corner of the page you will select "add additional camper" to add each individual in your family. Please make sure you choose the same Family Camp for every member of your family.
  • Click the "make a payment/ log out" button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • Place the amount you would like to pay for each individual. (the $100 registration fee or the amount you choose).
  • Click the "proceed to check out." It will now ask for your credit card information.
  • Finally, click the "process payment" button in the middle of the page.

Making an Online Payment

At any point in time you can go to the Northland Camp website and click on the Registration link at the top of the home page. Once on the Registration page, choose the "Make a Payment Now" link, and it will take you directly to the account login page. Make sure that you have your username and password. You can make a payment by credit card or by e-check at any time.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay the entire camp fee or can I just pay the registration fee when I register online?

Just like in our regular camp brochure, there are two payment options when you register online. You can either pay just the registration fee or you can pay the full amount.

Do I have to set up a password and login?

Yes. You will need a password and a login. The benefit to having a password and a login is that you can get back on to your account at any time and edit account information or make payments to your account.

Do I need to re-enter all of my children's information every time that I register?

No. As stated above, the benefit to having an online account is that you can log in to that account at any time and add camps to your camper's account, you can make payments, and you can edit information. If your address has changed, simply go on to your account and change your address. So as opposed to filling out a new registration form every year, this will keep all of your information on file and easily accessible to you.

If I register online, do I have to use a credit card?

No. You can also use a debit card.

What kind of credit cards does the online registration accept?

Online registration accepts any credit card or debit card. As long as the card has a 16 digit account number and an expiration date, you can use it. We do not accept American Express.

When does my credit card get charged after registering?

As soon as you have filled out the billing information page and click the "continue" button, your card/checking account will be charged. You should be able to view the charge on your credit card account or your checking account within 24-48 hours.

Is there any difference in registering whether I have dial-up internet or high-speed internet?

Dial-up is definitely slower than high-speed when registering online. Please allow for more time to register if you are using dial-up internet.

Will my payment information be secure if I register online?

Yes. We currently use a company called Campwise for our online registration, and they have multiple security features to ensure that your payment information is completely secure.

What happens if I type in wrong information as I am registering and I need to go back and change something?

Just continue until you get to the add/verify page on the registration form. There will be a little button that you can click on that says "edit camper information" that will allow you to change anything that you want to change.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the camp office at 715-324-5678 or at office@northlandcamp.org . Refer to our cancellation policies for further cancellation information.

How do I make sure that I get the Early Bird discount when I am registering online?

If you register online by March 24th, the Early Bird discount will automatically be credited to your account. Once you get to the page online that gives your receipt, you will be able to see that the discount has been applied to your account.
