Dunamis Student Ministry
ΔΣΜ
The word “dunamis” means “power” in Greek, the original language of the New Testament. We find the word in 2Corinthians 4:7.
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. 6 For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.
Here at DSM we want to know Christ
deeper and make Him known to the world
through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Join us each Thursday at 6:00pm for a time to hangout and unwind from your crazy life while eating some good food and playing games.
The food is free…no, that is not a typo, the food is free.
