Luis was abandoned by his mother when he was a baby, and his father has passed away. He was then raised by his grandmother who eventually passed away. He was then shuffled around to different homes where physical and psychological abuse occurred. He began to live in the streets. He has left the home three times and returned. Javier's conduct is gradually getting better.
