We recieved a social report issued by Lic. Fanny Cuellar, Municipal district No.8 social worker. The report said: in September 2012 the office of the defense of childhood and adolescence recieved a phone call from a neighborhood Terrado lady denouncing Mr. Michael Montes and Mrs. Janeth Arroyo Flores, who abandoned their three children. That was enough reason for the social workers from DNNA (acronym in Spanish) to take the corresponding measures. The boy Alexis Montes Arroyo (without affiliation) was craying with traces of stool in his hands and around his mouth. The other two boys were playing with the cats, while the father was sleeping. In view of that situation, the social workers asked Mr. Montes to go with them to the DNNA to consider the income of the two older boys in a shelter, and to take Alexis to a medical chck-up, due to severe malnutrition. Considering the delicate state of health of Alexis Montes Arroyo, they coordinate with the Santa Cruz Nutrition Rehabilitation Center for his income, making the child ́s family situation known. The relatives of the child didn ́t want to take care of the boy and didn ́t want that responsability. Therefore the child was taken to the Home of Boys Virgen de Fatima for his respective care. They report that the two boys, Maicol Montes Arroyo and Alan Montes Arroyo, were housed in the Foster Home City of Joy. The social worker, in order to be able to obtain the documents of the boys, has taken them to visit their mother twice. Their mother was found with the smell of alcohol drinks. The mother doesn ́t visit the boys. Nobody knows more relatives.
